And the winner is...

...House #3!  We decided to go with House #3 because it had just the right amount of space we wanted, a nice layout, potential for updating, but is move-in ready, is in the Mariemont school district, is in a neighborhood I feel safe in, is well within our price range, and will cut Brandon's 3 minute commute in half!  We close the second week in May!  

We didn't go with House #1 because the neighborhood wasn't the greatest, and we wouldn't have been able to even fit our bed in any of the three bedrooms!  It was cute, though, and we loved the HUGE yard.

We really loved House #2, but some of the workmanship was a little shoddy and it was also at the very top of our price range.  Plus I looked online and discovered a registered sex offender living about 4 or 5 houses down.
