Munich Botanical Gardens

My last day in Munich was spent going to the Munich Botanical Garden and some of the art museums.  While I thoroughly enjoyed the art museums, I didn't take any photos (except one of a painting of a lady who looked a lot like my brother-in-law!).  However, I easily spent 3 hours at the garden and lots of photos.  It was stunning!  While I could go through a thorough discussion of each of these photos, I'll just let them speak for themselves.

I will talk about this photo, though.  I had to take an underground tunnel across a busy intersection  in order to get to the garden.  It's kind of maze-like under there because there are several entrances to the tunnel based on which corner you want to come out at or if you are getting on the tram.  When I turned a corner in this tunnel, I smelled something that made me a little lightheaded.  Then I turned another corner, and I saw this big man wearing a gas mask, shaking cans and then placing them on the ground.  I was almost convinced that he was some sort of terrorist setting off some sort of chemicals.  I hurried off in the opposite direction than where he was headed.  When I was safely out of the tunnel, I turned back and saw him using spray paint to create this graffiti drawing!  I had to just laugh at myself and bless my heart!
