Renae: Look! Temple!
Me: That's actually not a temple, Nae Nae, but it is a place of worship.
Nicholas: Cool! A wor-ship!
Me: (After Nicholas had just gone potty) Nicholas, you need to put some pants on your naked bum.
Nicholas: Mom, where's my bum?
Me: It's right behind you.
Nicholas: (Turning around to look for his bum) Oh. Thanks.
Nicholas: Mommy has a baby in her tummy, and there's a hole in her tummy for the baby to fall in, so she has to get a bridge. That's a story! (Still not sure where that story came from, but he was sure proud of himself!)
I know that there's another one that I'm missing, so I'll have to ask Brandon about it later...he might remember it. All I can say is that I love this kid, and I'm looking forward to some of the crazy things Renae will be saying, too!
Emphasis that the Wor-ship is more pronounced War-ship.
ReplyDeleteWhen we were doing FHE the other day, I asked him why scriptures were important and he said, "Jesus."
He loves legos too. He plays with both a lego game online and the real deal when I let him. He asked me if he could play legos yesterday, and I asked if he wanted the game or the lego set. He told me, "The set Daddy, I want the lego set game."
He is a cutie boy! I think the bridge story is my favorite though. I don't know where he gets these things.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the baby news!!!!!
